Entrade offers inspection of preset torque wrenches for flare connections. We check the torque wrench release torque and compare the measured value with the correct factory setting.
If the torque value deviates, the torque wrench is adjusted to the correct setting. Regular inspection helps ensure correct tightening and reduces the risk of over- or undertightened flare connections.

- 3/8″ – 22 mm – 39.9 Nm
- 1/2″ – 26 mm – 53.9 Nm
- 5/8″ – 29 mm – 75 Nm

How the inspection works

Release torque inspection
The torque wrench is tested to determine the torque at which it releases.

Comparison with the correct torque value
The measured value is compared with the torque wrench's specified factory setting.

Adjustment when required
If the measured torque deviates, the torque wrench is adjusted to the correct setting.

Verification after adjustment
After adjustment, the torque wrench is checked again to verify the correct release torque.
How to submit your torque wrench
You can either bring the torque wrench directly to Entrade in Enköping or send it to us together with your company details and a return shipping label. After inspection and any required adjustment, the torque wrench will be returned to you.

- Torque wrenches should be checked regularly and whenever an incorrect release torque is suspected.
